Robert S. Bwire is currently the General Manager for Research, Policy Advocacy and Planning (RPAP).
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Masters in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management degrees from Nagpur University, India. Robert has played a leading role in the development of the Investment Promotion Act, 2004 and the Kenya Investment Policy. He is a member of Institute of Economic Affairs.
